MERITUS are recruiting for a Quality Capability Development Lead to join our client on an initial 6 month contract with very likely extension (or permanent employment) offered thereafter.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, coach, and support the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Drive the adoption of Quality models and techniques to achieve greater efficiency in resources, reduce lead times and errors, and lower costs.
- Enhance the performance of Quality within Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programmes across multiple national entities.
- Provide guidance for multifunctional and cross-national improvement initiatives to support the organization's Operational Excellence goals.
- Deliver training and coaching in the effective use of improvement tools and techniques.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Business Improvement methodologies.
- Lead the implementation of strategies and initiatives that promote a culture of performance improvement and continuous development across Quality and the wider business.
