You’ll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the board. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute marketing projects from concept to launch Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from design and supply chain to consumer engagement and performance marketing Monitor project performance and report on KPIs Proactively identify and manage risks, keeping projects on track Drive brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints Prioritise and align interdependent initiatives across Andrex and Kleenex What You’ll Bring: 5+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in marketing or innovation project management (FMCG) Strong track record of project delivery and business results Excellent communication and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with strong numerical reasoning Effective leadership and influence across cross-functional teams Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills Experience in Integrated Marketing Frameworks (IMF) is a plus If you’re a results-driven, collaborative, and organised marketing professional looking to take your career to the next level – we want to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
