Were looking for an experienced, detail-obsessedDigitalPrint Production Specialistto join our 16-person team. Youll be hands-on with small and large format printrunning jobs from prepress to finishing, and working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter and quality is non-negotiable.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate high-spec digital printers, RIP software, and finishing equipment (laminating, guillotining, wiro-binding, etc.)Ensure accuracy from file setup through to final output (bleeds, crops, imposition, minor artwork fixes)Maintain quality control under tight deadlinesLiaise with colleagues and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly and on timeSupport the team with hands-on production wherever neededYou Must Have2+ years experiencein a fast-paced commercial print environment (this is essential, please don\’t apply if you don\’t have it)Solid experience with bothsmalland large-format printHigh proficiency inAdobe Acrobatand good working knowledge of Creative SuiteExcellent English(spoken and written)Good numeracy skillsPrecision, pride, and a calm approach under pressureIf you dont meet these requirements, this role wont be a fit.Nice to HaveArizona and Zund experienceEstimating/quoting experienceFile handling and light prepress capability (step & repeat, bleed correction, basic imposition)What We Offer£27,000£35,000 salary depending on experienceRegular overtime opportunitiesCentral London location with excellent transportA close-knit team working on high-quality, high-visibility projectsThe chance to build your reputation working with global luxury brandsTo apply , send your CV and a brief cover note to [your email/contact info].
