You’ll be matched with one of our backed ventures and join as a technical co-founder with a real stake in shaping the company’s future. Key Responsibilities As a technical co-founder, you’ll be one of the earliest and most critical members of the founding team. You’ll help turn a bold idea into a built reality—owning the product from first line of code to scaled solution. Set and own the technical strategy Define the long-term technical roadmap and align it with the business vision. Choose the right architecture, systems, and stack for speed today and scale tomorrow. You’ll build the foundations that enable product velocity without compromising stability or security. Drive growth and improvement beyond the MVP and lead product development Translate early user needs and hypotheses into working software. You’ll ship the MVP quickly and refine it through iteration, leading all technical aspects of development, from code to deployment. You’re hands-on in the early stages, setting the pace for execution and quality. Architect the system for growth Make foundational decisions that will allow the product to grow and evolve. Balance speed and scalability, ensuring that performance, data, security, and integration needs are considered from the outset. Hire and lead an exceptional engineering team As the company grows, you’ll attract and retain top technical talent. You’ll create a high-performance culture, define team values, and implement processes that support productivity and innovation. You’ll also mentor and support the next wave of builders joining the mission. Partner closely with the CEO and founding team You won’t be a back-office CTO. You’ll co-lead the business, sitting at the table for commercial strategy, fundraising, and customer engagement. You’ll shape how the product evolves in response to market signals and user feedback. Build with purpose, pace, and ambition You’ll be building tech that powers real-world change – whether it’s B2B SaaS, workforce platforms, or AI-first tools. You’ll thrive in the intensity of early-stage building, where every decision counts and where energy, urgency, and purpose matter most. You have a strategic edge : You can map tech decisions to business outcomes and speak investor when needed.
