You will ensure that tasks outlined in our guide on the \”day-to-day running of a client\” are completed.The role requires good organisation, an aptitude for figures, and great attention to detail. In return, you will be offered a structured career path and a full training program.Checking and reviewing work done by junior team members, including method, arithmetic, and overall reasonableness.Developing awareness of our procedures and ensuring these are followed during reviews.Demonstrating good knowledge of current legislation and awareness of proposals affecting clients, discussing current issues, and flagging potential issues to client leads or partners.Monitoring weekly industry and legislative updates through internal news bulletins.Ensuring all compliance matters are completed correctly and timely.Developing in-depth knowledge of client rules, nuances, and practices, and flagging issues impacting benefit structures and processes.Managing day-to-day client contact and ensuring client satisfaction with the service provided.Supporting the development of junior team members, managing work delegation, and considering fees and experience.Keeping team leaders informed about resourcing needs and work peaks.Assisting with mentoring junior team members through exams.Building knowledge of our pensions administration database and suggesting efficiencies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
