Activequity is an emerging specialist private equity and consultancy firm involved in the distribution of consumer goods, retail, and e-commerce. We are now entirely focused on building the future of premium wine distribution.
We are delighted to open this opportunity for a high performance and ambitious senior financial services or investment advisory professional to join our founding team of experienced senior executives, with a varied remit and a focus on capital raising and investor relations activities.
You will be working with a very determined team of partners with a proven value creation background to deliver a distinctive investment strategy. You will build and develop a high performance team of capital introduction and investor relations analysts, as well as consulting more widely on M&A and other deals.
Due to the significant responsibility and mutual trust involved, this is an opportunity with a flexible initial engagement and remuneration structure to be determined by mutual agreement. We are looking for a partner who is motivated by long term value creation and able to focus intensively on delivering a highly ambitious capital raising programme over the next six months on a predominantly performance-based remuneration structure.
A generous permanent salary and equity package is on offer following successful completion. Earning potential is very significant given the expectations and dedication required. Details will be provided during the process.
Depending on the nature of the arrangements, the successful candidate will be based in UK or Switzerland, available to commence at short notice, and – an essential requirement – be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of a successful previous track record of introducing and/or raising at least a minimum £100mn+ or equivalent and greater in capital commitments from professional investors.
Multiple languages (particularly German and French), and knowledge of the wine and/or drinks industry, are desirable but not essential.
