About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Admin Coordinator to keep our back-end running smoothly. From managing customer emails to prepping payroll and onboarding staff, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine of our studio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer emails and social DMs professionally and promptly
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding docs, and staff files
- Preparing monthly payroll reports
- Keeping staff qualifications and H&S docs up to date
- Supporting communication between teams as needed
- Adhoc admin tasks
You’ll Be Great If You…
- Have 2+ years experience in an admin, VA, PA, EA, or project coordination role
- Have 2+ years experience in a customer service based role
- Are highly organised, self-motivated, and thrive working independently
- Have strong written communication skills
- Are confident managing multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
- Are tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
- Bonus: you’ve worked in a wellness, studio, or small business environment

- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
