OT Consultant / Business Analyst – Shop Floor Assessment Location: Eaglescliffe, UK (This is an onsite position) Salary: Competitive The Role Our client is seeking an OT Consultant / Business Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance. * Conduct Fit-Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.). * Propose technology and process improvement solutions. * Work with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering. * Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation. Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor\’s in Industrial Engineering or related field. * 5+ years of experience in OT system assessment and shop floor optimization. * Expertise in MES, ERP, SCADA, Lean/Six Sigma, and Red Zone resolution. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
