Role Overview As a consultant specializing in AI-enabled change, you will help organizations design, implement, and embed transformative solutions utilizing AI tools, methods, and models alongside operational excellence practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making for competitive advantage. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are technically sound and aligned with business goals, delivering tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead or support operational excellence projects in various functional areas such as finance, HR, IT, operations, customer service, claims, underwriting, and risk. Drive AI-enabled operational excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities using AI and traditional tools. Design and implement solutions within relevant functional areas. Manage project delivery within scope, budget, and standards. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, consulting, or in-house transformation teams. Functional expertise in finance, HR, operations, risk, claims, fraud, underwriting, or customer service. Experience with change management and operational excellence projects, especially involving AI, automation, or data-driven transformation. Knowledge of operating model design and implementation. Understanding of AI concepts, tools, and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with data and AI tools. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Additional expertise in data visualization, Lean-Agile, process transformation, organization design, change management, or cost reduction is a plus. Experience in proposal writing, report preparation, and delivering presentations. Exposure to sales and business development activities. Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management Lead or support operational excellence and AI projects across functional areas. Assess current practices and identify improvement opportunities. Design, implement, and manage projects ensuring timely delivery. Maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Practice & Self Development Provide insights on operational excellence and AI in financial services, especially insurance. Stay updated on AI trends and innovations.
