British Garden Centres Nurseries have enjoyed a positive 2025 season and are looking to increase their production capacity moving towards 2026. This increased expansion is requiring new additions to the team. One key addition will be an experienced Nursery Horticultural Grower.
The role will require regular crop walks, monitoring plant performance, environment, irrigation, feeding, pest and disease checks. Working with the Nursery Manager on improving the product quality whilst working around the operational activity on site.
We are looking for an individual that already has several years experience in a similar position, ideally having worked with potted crop. Although field grown experience would also be of interest. The future role holder will possess some formal qualifications in the subject.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, and ideally someone located in and around the Warwickshire area. This role will not offer visa support, so only applicants who already have the right to work in the UK will be considered.
