MEP BIM Coordinator

My client, a well established M&E Contractoris seeking a talented individual to join their team as an MEP BIM Coordinator in their Warwick office. This clientundertakes M&E projects across a variety of market sectors including Offices and Warehousing, Apartments and High End Residential, Retirement Villages and Specialist Dementia Care, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Leisure Facilities, Retail Units and Restaurants, Hospitals and Medical Centres and Heritage projects. The Role As the successful MEP BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for all MEP systems on projects. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that all MEP systems are accurately represented in the BIM model and clash detection is performed to resolve any conflicts. Key Responsibilities: – Coordinate and manage the MEP BIM process for all projects – Work closely with design and construction teams to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the BIM model – Perform clash detection and resolve any conflicts in the BIM model – Create and maintain BIM standards and templates for MEP systems – Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BIM models Qualifications: – Minimum of 3 years of experience in UK MEP BIM coordination – Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD – Knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes – Strong communication and collaboration skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously – Attention to detail and problem-solving skills If this role is of interest andyou are a motivated and skilled MEP BIM Coordinator looking for a new challenge, apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
