About the role

As our Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and creating the webinar strategy. You'll bring campaigns to life that deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline, and position BigHand as a trusted thought leader. This is a high-impact role focused on demand generation, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role reports to the Field Marketing Lead on the Demand Generation team.

What you’ll do

  • ABM Programming: Work with the Field Marketing Lead to develop and execute ABM campaigns to drive pipeline acceleration, account expansion, and account engagement for our key target accounts in our Enterprise segment in our UKI and North American regions.
  • Webinars: Plan, host, and market webinars that position BigHand as a thought leader, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Data Management and Communication: Manage data and communications across ABM and webinars to ensure streamlined operations and engagement. Track KPIs and report on performance to measure and improve program effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with your marketing team, product and sales leaders to create compelling webinar content that aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaboration: You will be a partner to Sales, Business Development, Digital, and Demand Generation teams, developing and executing data-driven ABM & webinar campaigns that nurture relationships and accelerate deals.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years proven experience leading ABM and webinars, preferably in a B2B tech setting.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to execute multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools. We use Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
