Job Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join our Meat Division in the UK. The Marketing Lead will play a key role in driving sustainable profitable growth by delivering the marketing agenda, coordinating the work of the Insight, Innovation, and Marketing teams, and supporting the development of the divisional strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of the division's marketing strategy and brands to support growth.
- Develop and implement strategic partner customer growth plans integrating agriculture, sourcing, sustainability, category, and innovation strategies to enhance performance.
- Contribute to a high-performing cross-functional Insight, Innovation, and Marketing (IIM) team, ensuring impactful activities and investment.
- Own the selection, briefing, and performance management of agency partners to ensure category-leading marketing impact, leveraging group scale where relevant.
- Grow
- Support the commercialization of innovation projects aligned with customer, consumer, and strategic objectives.
- Enhance the brand's reputation in agriculture to support sourcing and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to position Kepak as a leading supplier and thought leader, building customer influence.
- Manage and improve Kepak's investment in IIM to exceed the target of 12% growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing marketing role, preferably within the food industry.
- Interest or knowledge in Agriculture and Agri-Food sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to drive growth through marketing excellence and successful customer programs.
- Experience in developing high-performing cross-functional teams and driving business alignment.
