You’ll lead engagements end-to-end, work closely with principals and C-level executives, and help shape both client decisions and the growth of our advisory practice.What You’ll Be Doing Lead and deliverbuy-side and sell-side Commercial Due Diligenceprojects across a range of sectors Analyse markets, customer dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth drivers to provideclear, evidence-based investment recommendations Directly managesenior client relationships , including private equity investors and CxOs Work across the full deal lifecycle—from pitch to final reporting—often under tight deadlines Support business development and proposal creation, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships Mentor and develop junior consultants as a project leader and coach Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe on cross-border transactions and strategic mandates Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’sM&A advisory proposition and growth strategyâś… What We’re Looking For 5–8 years’ experiencein M&A advisory, strategy consulting, or deal-focused market intelligence Proven track record inCommercial Due Diligence or pre-deal strategy engagements , ideally for private equity clients Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess complex businesses quickly and confidently Experience working with investment hypotheses andtransaction-critical insights Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments Structured thinker with exceptional communication and presentation skills Sector experience intech, healthcare, business services or industrialsis a plus MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is welcome but not essential Must have the right to work in the UKWhy Join?
