We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role is vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving client issues and concerns by collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and customer support.
  • Client data entry and updates in internal registers and databases, including internal report creation and calculators.
