Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our
Fixed networks team,
you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
You’ll play a vital role ensuring engineering plant and equipment are efficiently returned, inspected, and ready for use, as well as managing stock levels for equipment and PPE. You’ll build strong relationships with the operations team, proactively flagging potential risks before they arise. In addition, you’ll support new starters by ensuring a seamless day-one experience.
Flexibility is key, as you may also be required to undertake additional tasks as business needs dictate, such as working out of hours or across regional depots. Your proactive approach will be essential to our smooth operations and ongoing success.
What you’ll bring;
You’ll bring a solid understanding of Health & Safety and, ideally, hands-on engineering experience. Skills in counterbalance and Bendi forklift operation would be a bonus. A full UK driving licence is essential, alongside excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
Your proactive attitude and versatility will help us maintain the high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork that are central to our success.
