We’re a growing IT refurbishment and support company based in Weymouth, UK. Our business provides refurbished laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, phones, and other tech devices to customers across the UK and internationally.
We’re seeking a hands-on IT Technician with good troubleshooting abilities and technical expertise to join our dynamic team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced position where you’ll diagnose and repair hundreds of devices weekly while delivering outstanding customer support.

You’ll get hands-on experience in rebuilding desktop and laptop computers, diagnosing and repairing systems and in customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Repair – Quickly identify hardware and software issues across hundreds of laptops and desktop PCs weekly.
- Component Replacement – Perform repairs ranging from laptop keyboard and screen replacements to motherboard and GPU installations.
- Custom Builds – Assemble custom ARGB gaming PCs to exact specifications.
- Quality Control – Test, clean, and ensure all repaired devices meet our high standards.
- Customer Support – Provide technical assistance to both business and consumer customers.
- Process Management – Handle pick, pack, and dispatch operations for refurbished devices.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Grade 4/5 or above in English & Maths GCSE.
Skills Required:
- Experience diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and other tech devices.
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and how they interact.
- Excellent communication skills for customer support interactions.
- Physical stamina to handle multiple devices daily.

Training to be provided: Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Information Communications Technician.
