The Position:In response to our expanding business and increased customer demands, we are seeking an Inventory Clerk at Heathrow. Your role will be pivotal in managing stock and ensuring efficient supply of equipment to meet customer needs. Join our team and make a significant impact in warehouse operations. Responsibilities:Manage warehouse operations including stockroom management, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. Ensure smooth material movement and accurate transactions. Maintain inventory accuracy through proactive cycle counts and reconciliation. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies. Assist in various warehouse activities as needed. Lead annual Cycle Count activities, reconciliation, and reporting. Package products according to specifications and customer requirements. Prepare and process daily correspondence and shipping requests. Coordinate product pick-ups for customer requests. Handle internal and customer repairs, including packaging and labeling. Maintain inventory records and incoming product documentation. Process miscellaneous purchase orders accurately. Keep work area organized and clean. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For:Experience in customer service and handling high-volume requests. Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or demand management. Familiarity with warehouse shipping and receiving procedures. Basic math skills for task accuracy. Ability to collaborate across departments. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with computers and MS Office. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
