We are seeking an exceptional Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare business through a pivotal buy-and-build phase. With a current turnover of approximately £20 million, the business is poised for rapid expansion through strategic acquisitions and operational scaling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership during an active M&A cycle and integration process
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with a strong commercial focus
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives across the finance function
  • Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance during expansion
Essential Experience:
  • Proven experience as CFO in a private equity-backed healthcare business
  • A successful track record leading buy-and-build or M&A strategies within PE environments
  • Strong financial leadership during periods of rapid growth and transformation
  • Comfortable working in an agile, hands-on capacity in a scaling organisation
  • Preferably a Chartered Accountant
