We are seeking an exceptional Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare business through a pivotal buy-and-build phase. With a current turnover of approximately £20 million, the business is poised for rapid expansion through strategic acquisitions and operational scaling.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial leadership during an active M&A cycle and integration process
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with a strong commercial focus
- Drive performance improvement initiatives across the finance function
- Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance during expansion
- Proven experience as CFO in a private equity-backed healthcare business
- A successful track record leading buy-and-build or M&A strategies within PE environments
- Strong financial leadership during periods of rapid growth and transformation
- Comfortable working in an agile, hands-on capacity in a scaling organisation
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant
