We have exciting opportunity for animmediately availableHR Contracts Specialistto join our retail client on an initial 3-month contract withhybrid workingwhere you must be willing to travel to ourReading office 1-2 days per weekwith some occasionalad-hoc travelto Dublin.Role OverviewAs part of an ongoing HR Transformation Programme, we are seeking a specialist to lead the review and digitisation of employment contract templates in preparation for the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters). This role sits at the intersection of HR, legal compliance, and technology enablement, offering a unique opportunity to shape how they contract with talent globally.Key ResponsibilitiesCollate, review, and rationalise all existing master employment contract templates across regions Define and implement a consistent approach to contractual clauses, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practices Partner closely with People & Culture, Programme Management, Legal, and ATS implementation teams Support SmartRecruiters configuration by advising on digital contract workflows and template integration Ensure templates are transformation-ready and scalable for international expansionRequired ExperienceExtensive experience in HR operations with a focus on employment contract lifecycle management Strong understanding of contract design principles and what ‘good’ looks like in employment terms Preferable experience in large-scale HR transformation, preferably in a retail or multi-country environment Familiarity with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters preferred) and digital documentation processes High attention to detail and a consultative, collaborative approachIf you’re passionate about driving operational consistency and setting the foundation for a best-in-class hiring experience, we’d love to hear from you.
