What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the marketing vision, aligning strategies with the business objectives of both brands.
- Brand Storytelling: Be the guardian of their brand identities, ensuring cohesive and captivating messaging across all touchpoints.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing small team, across Brand and Digital, setting KPIs, fostering growth, and driving results.
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan, implement and oversee creative campaigns that amplify brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales growth.
- Digital Mastery: Spearhead their digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing, ensuring they stay ahead in the digital space.
- Consumer Insights: Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover opportunities and refine strategies.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials and initiatives that align marketing with sales goals.
- Budget Accountability: Own the marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize impact and ROI.
