Grounds Keeper (Part-time) We are looking for an experienced Grounds keeper to join our friendly and busy team at Drumnabreeze House and Courtyard, Magheralin, County Down. The Role: 1. Strim grass banks weekly. 2. Blow leaves from all driveways, walkways, gardens, Courtyard, around the house and workshop etc. 3. Cut grass weekly in walled garden, Oval garden, Courtyard, Stables, around the workshop and rental properties as required. 4. Spray weeds around the workshop, around the gallop, around Drumnabreeze pathways, all driveways, TLL Dromore sales yard, 2 rental properties etc. 5.?Prune Ivy off trees at Drumnabreeze. 6.?Prune the Ivy etc on the Courtyard walls. 7.?Use the tractor and land leveller to maintain the gravel driveways and gallop. 8.?Saw up fallen branches or trees as required. 9.?Maintain Patio areas and cobblestone areas, put down chemicals as required. 10.?Put cubes into the vermin boxes. 11.?Split logs and stack into the woodshed as required. 12.?Assist gardening staff as required. 13. ?Operate ride on mower, push mower, Strimmer, Blower, Sprayer, Quad, Gator, Tractor and trailer, Telehandler etc. The Person: ? Hard working ? Flexible ? Able to work as part of a team and individually ? Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work ?
