We’re in the foundational stages of building something dynamic, high-quality, and deeply collaborative. If you’re entrepreneurial, self-driven, and excited to shape the commercial backbone of a brand-new agency, this is a unique opportunity to get in at the ground level.The RoleWe’re seeking a London-based Sales Manager who’s ready to build our sales operations from scratch, someone who’s part strategist, part closer, and part organiser. This isn’t just a sales role. You’ll be responsible for creating the systems and tools we’ll use to grow, from sales infrastructure and CRMs, to pitch decks, lead pipelines, and internal reporting. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing manager, keeping both looped into processes through reports, shared tools, and ongoing communication. You should be highly organised, resourceful, and naturally driven to connect, pitch, and convert clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild our sales function : CRM setup, lead tracking, reporting systems, documentation, and outreach strategies. Create and maintain internal docs : pitch decks, proposal templates, outreach email templates, and trackers. Proactively generate leadsvia cold calling, cold emailing, in-person outreach, and LinkedIn. Attend eventsand network across London’s creative, media, and marketing communities. Pitch our servicesconfidently to potential clients across creative verticals. Report weekly and monthlyto the founder, providing insights and performance updates. Collaborate with marketingto ensure alignment between sales campaigns and marketing efforts. Keep all stakeholders (founder and marketing lead)in the loop via cc’d emails, shared docs, and regular updates. Manage client handoversto freelancers, ensuring briefs are clearly communicated and expectations are met.Must-Haves5+ years in sales or business development , preferably in creative/media industries. Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigatorexpert-level usage is essential. Aproven closerwho’s comfortable cold calling, pitching, networking, and building relationships from scratch. Highlyorganised and detail-oriented , with the ability to maintain and manage docs, decks, trackers, and reports. A naturalself-starter , capable of building infrastructure and executing independently. Already embedded inLondon’s creative/marketing scene , with a warm network and event presence. Proficient in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRM platforms, and pitch deck creation software. Owns and operates theirown equipment (laptop, phone, basic software) . Able to meet the founder in person in London1–2 times per week . Able to use tools such asSlack, Trello, Google Business Suite .Nice-to-HavesExperience working in early-stage startups or building out sales teams. Hands-on creative experience (editing, design, film, etc.) or a strong understanding of creative processes. Familiarity with marketing strategy and how sales and marketing align for maximum impact.
