To excel in this role, you will need to be organized, confident, and articulate to deliver information to a variety of stakeholders. Working with a team of finance professionals, the Finance Business Partner - FP&A will support the business with analysis, planning, and reporting across key commercial and operational areas. They will own all aspects of the EMEA region’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
This role requires a strategic individual who partners with external and internal stakeholders at a senior level. Successful candidates will be strong communicators and relationship builders, embedding finance within highly dynamic business environments, and proactively striving for continuous improvements in the capabilities of a high-performing finance team. Strong forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills are essential to ensure profitability and margin protection.
The responsibilities include tactical and day-to-day management of real estate activities for new stores in the EMEA region, creating development and market penetration strategies, performing site tours, and site selection. The role also involves developing and implementing portfolio health strategies in partnership with licensed partners, ensuring accurate estimates for store count and renovation forecasting.
We seek someone courageous, instrumental in strategic partnering at a senior level, supporting analysis, planning, and reporting across commercial and operational areas. Daily activities include local and international quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and three-year planning. The role aims to drive improved analytics and enhance data governance throughout the business.
