The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Execution Specialist is responsible for delivering recruitment lifecycle operations effectively and coordinating recruitment best practices in partnership with Exec TA Partner teams.

What you'll do:

  • Manage candidate logistics and onsite support where co-located.
  • Ensure operational excellence in requisitions, including job spec templates, role naming conventions, and compliant applicant dispositioning.
  • Coordinate Workday recruitment processes for executive hires.
  • Handle Executive Assessment requests and governance in partnership with assessment vendors and scheduling teams.
  • Coordinate candidate compliance processes such as EoR/Rehire checks.
  • Manage scheduling, contract, background screening requests, and support new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure timely completion of hiring tasks: signed contracts, onboarding, background checks.
  • Manage start dates, working with screening partners and escalating delays proactively.
  • Handle PO and invoice processing and tracking for all vendors.
  • Maintain centralized data and communication channels (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Serve as a point of contact and SME for best practices and processes.
  • Provide data analytics, insights, and reporting, including MI and performance metrics.
  • Operate with an understanding of data governance, risk, and compliance related to sensitive data.
