Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with our B&I Culinary Team to dream up menus that wow - think seasonal flair, global inspiration, and a pinch of future food trends.
  • Mentoring and motivating a kitchen crew to deliver nothing short of magic, every day.
  • Maintaining gold-standard food safety, presentation, and taste.
  • Collaborating with our events, ops, and hospitality teams to deliver show-stopping executive dining and VIP experiences.
