Associate Employment Solicitor, circa £90k – £110k, + big firm benefits – Top 200 UK Law Firm, hybrid working, London.A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a experienced Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity for a top-calibre solicitor with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, to join a high-calibre London firm with opportunities to rapidly progress your career.The Role: Advise businesses, senior executives, directors, and founders across sectors such as financial services, technology, and sport. Handle high-profile, complex employment cases across UK and international jurisdictions. Work closely with the Partner in the Employment team to enhance growth of the practice by participating in business development initiatives.Responsibilities include: Take ownership of your own caseload, advising on employment contracts, dismissals, disputes, and business transfers. Provide day to day commercial and pragmatic advice on all types of employment matters. Draft and negotiate employment-related documents including service agreements and settlement agreements. Plan and manage workplace projects and investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and support businesses to protect confidential information and enforce post-termination restrictions. Provide transactional support and regularly advise on the automatic transfer of employment rules (TUPE) in corporate and real estate transactions. This includes cross-border transactional work, dealing with international solicitors. Collaborate with colleagues and oversee the development of junior team membersWhat you will have: Strong academics 4 + years solid PQE in Employment Strong experience handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work. A commercially minded, client-focused approach with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
