We are looking to recruit a Digital Analytics Specialist to take ownership of digital data, BI dashboards, and performance tracking. You\’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into visual stories that help drive business success. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI Develop interactive visualisations that support business goals Optimise data models and queries for efficient performance Data Analysis & Reporting Identify trends and insights through data analysis Blend digital data with internal KPIs for unified reporting Build customer journey views using web, engagement, and conversion metrics Tracking & Implementation Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4 Set up custom events for detailed behavioural insights Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Experience Business Intelligence & Data Power BI, Excel, SQL Server Power Query, Python, Fabric (a plus) Digital Analytics Google Analytics 4, VWO, Hotjar Google Tag Manager, Tealium Marketing & CRM Platforms Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot Salary & Benefits : A competitive starting salary of 30k plus a comprehensive range of benefits that include: 24 days holiday plus bank (increasing 1 day each year) 1 WFH per week Flexible working – core hours are 10am-4:30pm) Training & Personal Development Plan Healthcare & Wellbeing Support State of the Art offices with the latest tech Private Pension Scheme On-site Personal Trainer & Gym Enhanced Perk Box EAP System Due to location, candidate should ideally have their own transport.#J-18808-Ljbffr
