Interim Deputy Home Manager – RGN/RMN Gloucestershire | £300–£325/day (Inside IR35) 3-Months initially | ASAP Start | Alternate Weekend WorkWe are seeking astrong, clinically led Interim Deputy Home Managerto support a nursing home in Gloucestershire.Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll provide clear leadership and direction to the nursing and care team, ensuring best practice is embedded across all aspects of the home.Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting the nursing team with clarity and confidence Supporting audits and delivering on actions Oversight of medication practices and compliance Ensuring support plans (viaNourish ) are person-centred and up to date Managing incidents and ensuring accurate records onRadar Providing cover for the Home Manager when required Playing a key role in driving cultural and operational change in the homeWe’re looking an RGN, RMN or dual-registered, with a track record of leading teams in a care home setting and helping enhance performance.
