Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM). Basic salary – £45,000. OTE – £100,000+. Hybrid – Can be based in Manchester or Leeds. MUST HAVE GTM or TECHNOLOGY RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.GTM Delivery Consultant Needs to have GTM or Technology experience – for GTM placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US. Working with VC’s/PE\’s that directly invest in start-ups that have included SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia. Candidate focused – strong candidate qualification skills and process management.I’m working on a search for a Delivery Consultant for a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs across the globe.The firm works with early-stage visionary start-ups and help take them all the way to IPO or acquisition through building world-class GTM and technical functions.They are now the go-to GTM team builders for several of Silicon Valley\’s biggest funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.The ideal background will be someone who’s very experienced in Delivery within the start-up, GTM space. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering high-value placements in the global GTM market.You’ll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator.Most of the work is retained, and the level of salaries you’ll be working on will range from £200k-£5m+.Please contact me for more details.
