HomeServe are currently recruiting for a Creative Artworker to join our Marketing Team in Walsall on a 6 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will have an artworker background and the technical ability to adapt and redesign existing content. Experience with After Effects and animation is preferable, but a high attention to detail and expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign are a must have. Previous financial services experience would also be highly beneficial. We work in a hybrid way, mostly remote with a requirement to travel into our Walsall office at least twice a week to work with the team. With that in mind you will be located within a convenient commute to Walsall. The focus of the Customer Communications team brings together all ‘centres of excellence’ that support the wider running of the Marketing function – including delivering brilliant communications, leadership of brand strategy and creative execution, project/ campaign management leadership, research and importantly governance and oversight to support the safe, effective and resilient running of the department – focussing on the best outcomes for both the customer and HomeServe. The Customer Communications Department is made up of three areas: Brand & Content– Brand, Creative, Content, Research and Consumer PR Campaign– Campaign management & Production Governance- Overall oversight of the Product and Marketing process, controls, governance and risk management PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESTechnically brilliant creative amends and iterative design on existing and in-flight creative projects. Ensure quality and SLA KPIs are met for all work produced. Creative development for multiple digital and offline channels (Direct mail, email, social media)- for acquisition, in-life and retention. Ensure all creatives amplify and represent our brand(s), to support driving integration across channels and communications – ensuring each design aligns Ensure all designs are intuitive and user-led, to drive improvements in engagement, conversion and brand advocacy Develop exciting and innovative response to briefs – pitching back new solutions that drive the required outcome Continually review performance across channels to ensure campaigns work as hard as possible Produce technically accurate creative artwork ready for print and online Stay up-to-date with current creative industry, marketing and digital trends and developments, along with Customer data and insight to help inform and develop exciting and innovative solutions to briefs.
