- Support diverse learning needs through adaptive teaching, personalised learning plans (ILPs), and embedded literacy support.
- Promote reading for pleasure, especially for those with lower-level literacy skills.
- Build employability and digital literacy, preparing learners for real-world opportunities.
- Ensure workshop safety and compliance, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security.
- Collaborate with key partners, including CIAG and support teams, to deliver inclusive, effective education.

- Experience delivering CAD or engineering training.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Passion for supporting learner development and achievement.
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging learning environments.
- Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.
- Organised and confident with record-keeping and learner management.
- Desirable:
- Full teaching qualification (Level 5+) or willingness to work towards.
- Knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
- Experience working with neurodivergent learners or those with additional needs.
- Familiarity with applying reasonable adjustments.
- Strong commitment to literacy and promoting reading.
Why Join Us?
- Small class sizes (up to 12 learners), allowing for individual support and relationship-building.
- Supportive team culture with ongoing CPD, training, and reflective practice.
- A role with real impact — helping learners gain meaningful qualifications, build confidence, and take steps towards a better future.
- Contribute to a rehabilitative, forward-thinking education programme that values dignity, growth, and second chances.
