We are looking for caring and reliable Community Carers to join our clients' team, providing essential support to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. If you are looking for a rewarding role with excellent benefits and a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Package:

  • Excellent hourly rates (Β£13.30-Β£13.80)
  • Twice-yearly performance bonuses (average FT workers Β£750-Β£1000 every six months)

Duties:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence
  • Providing personal care and assistance with medication
  • Building positive relationships and offering companionship
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments

What We Need:

  • Availability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts
  • Prior care experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • Hardworking and reliable
