Location: Leeds, hybrid working - 2 days per week in Leeds

Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and meetings to understand business problems and define system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity in system changes.
- Work closely with Agile scrum teams, translating business/system requirements into user stories and maintaining the development backlog.
- Support the assessment and estimation of system changes based on business priorities.
- Collaborate with external third-party suppliers both in the UK and offshore.
- Contribute to business change pipeline management and recommend system/process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Systems Analysis principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams, with an understanding of Agile practices and processes.
- Familiarity with all phases of the project and development lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Experience in designing and facilitating requirements-gathering workshops.
- Ability to prepare and deliver reports, analysis, and presentations.
- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and manipulation techniques.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is desirable.
- Experience using Jira/Confluence or other project management tools.
