The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: Leeds, hybrid working - 2 days per week in Leeds

Salary: £50,000 + 10% Bonus, 8% employer pension, 25 days holiday & much more

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and meetings to understand business problems and define system requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity in system changes.
  • Work closely with Agile scrum teams, translating business/system requirements into user stories and maintaining the development backlog.
  • Support the assessment and estimation of system changes based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with external third-party suppliers both in the UK and offshore.
  • Contribute to business change pipeline management and recommend system/process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Systems Analysis principles, practices, and tools.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams, with an understanding of Agile practices and processes.
  • Familiarity with all phases of the project and development lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating requirements-gathering workshops.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver reports, analysis, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and manipulation techniques.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is desirable.
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence or other project management tools.
