With a portfolio that includes our own trusted brands and licensed ranges from global names, we’re passionate about delivering excellence in everything we do. We’re now looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to take our marketing strategy to the next level and lead the development, execution, and performance of our brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across owned and licensed brands • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and seasonal campaigns • Manage digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy in line with brand positioning • Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, NPD) and external agencies to drive brand awareness and commercial performance • Use consumer insights, market trends, and data analytics to guide decision making • Monitor brand health and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven optimisations About You: • Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods • A creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset • Confident project manager with excellent communication and stakeholder skills • Passion for pets and an understanding of the pet care industry is a big plus!
