Are you an experienced Benefits and Rewards Specialist or Advisor looking for a new position in an expanding team and a fast-moving environment? This varied role will provide an enhanced business-focused benefits & rewards service. This role will have a particular focus on managing, monitoring and reporting of compensation. This is a remote, permanent position, with occasional travel to Inverness.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a benefit and rewards role, particularly advising on and managing, monitoring and reporting of compensation
- Experience implementing Benefits & Rewards processes
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with experience of working in a large organisation
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be CIPD qualified, certificate/diploma level or reward qualification or equivalent experience
- Able to travel to Inverness when required
Role and responsibilities:
- Project manage current benefit and/or Reward packages, ensuring we are market leaders, including benchmarking, vendor reviews, lean processing and implementation strategies.
- Assess return on investments on any Benefit or Reward strategies implemented in a comprehensive format.
- Provide analytical reporting of remuneration data.
- Act as a liaison between the employer and employees, answering questions, and resolving problems related to benefits and/or rewards, applying critical and analytical thinking.
