Banking and Finance Lawyer

Client We are recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate (2-8 years PQE) for a leading Legal 500 National law firm.The role You will act for a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset based lending.Candidate You will have between 2-8 years PQE in banking and finance and must have strong drafting skills. Experience in corporate lending and/or leveraged finance would be beneficial.Why apply?
