AdvertYou must be clinically highly competent and keen to contribute towards efficient service delivery in a fast-paced working environment. Cross site rotation through Barnet, Chase Farm and Edgware sites would be required depending on service needs. Your main duties will include: Perform and report on a full range of ultrasound examinations including: General abdomens, gynaecology (incl, emergency gynae), small parts, hernias, vascular, paediatrics (incl. baby hips) and all forms of obstetric scans (incl. early pregnancy). MSK, Breast and Head & neck also desirable for applicant to have, however not essential to apply for this post. Provide expert clinical opinion, acting as a point of reference for colleagues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely patient diagnosis. Mentor junior sonographers, radiographers, and students in their clinical development. Ensure compliance with infection control and health & safety regulations. Contribute to service development and implementation of evidence-based practice. Participate in clinical audits, QA programs, and service evaluation. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and clinical staff in line with our World-Class Care Values.
