Plan Analytics is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Planner to join our team. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project planning and control services for major projects in civil engineering, construction, rail, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and updating project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations.
  • Identify potential scheduling issues and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of NEC3/4 contracts is a plus.
  • Experience with 4D BIM software such as Synchro or Navisworks is desirable.
  • Background in Civil Engineering, Water or Construction is desirable.
