£35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus + Full Study Support

We’re supporting a dynamic, growing real estate investor in their search for an ambitious, part-qualified finance professional. Reporting directly into an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner, this role offers exposure across commercial forecasting, asset-level analysis, and hands-on finance operations. You’ll be part of a highly engaged team that’s helping scale a diverse UK portfolio—and you’ll be encouraged to roll up your sleeves and get properly stuck in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing supplier queries and approvals (around 30% AP-focused)
  • Reviewing and improving monthly management accounts – with a focus on accruals, prepayments, and ledger accuracy
  • Supporting property acquisitions, investment due diligence, and underwriting forecasts
  • Diving into cash flow forecasting, capex tracking and liquidity planning at the asset level
  • Assisting quarterly reporting and invoice workflows with external administrators
  • Contributing to wider business-as-usual finance processes – wherever you’re needed

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone with 2+ years’ experience in a finance function – ideally property or multi-entity
  • Studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA, with a hunger to grow
  • Happy shifting between granular financial detail and the bigger commercial picture
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out and asking smart questions
  • Confident in Excel and eager to learn systems and processes from the ground up
