This role will be highly technical with a large focus on automation! responsibilities: Ensure readiness of the global trading platform for both pre-trading and post-trading activities. Monitor and support the entire transaction flow across the trading platform. Promptly identify, analyse, and resolve alerts and issues, or escalate them to minimize disruptions in trade flow and prevent outages. Collaborate extensively with the trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, development teams, and infrastructure teams. Supervise automated processes, scheduled jobs, and routine reports. Create tooling and automate processes where necessary to optimise workflows/inefficiencies Liaise with Dev and Infrastructure teams to coordinate and participate in software/new version releases.
