Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing? You’ll provide administrative support by scheduling meetings and maintaining records, assist with implementing new processes, and foster close coordination with departments such as Operations, Finance, and HR. You’ll monitor performance data, manage inventory, support technical troubleshooting, and work with external partners to ensure efficient operations. Continuous improvement and risk management are key, as you help coordinate project programmes, liaise with contractors, and work with stakeholders including local authorities and customer teams. You’ll ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards, support audits and regulatory reporting, and maintain accurate trackers and forecasts while escalating operational risks when needed.

What you’ll bring: Do you have strong coordination and programme management skills, especially across multiple workstreams and contractors? Excellent stakeholder engagement and clear communication are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Strong organisational skills and a flexible, team-focused approach are crucial. Are you experienced in utilities, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects? (Desirable)
