This is a rare chance to join one of the UK’s market leading crop nutrition businesses at entry level, working closely with a highly experienced team of Technical Sales Managers and Agronomists to nurture your career. Once you have completed your training period you will be responsible for managing existing clients and growing new business within your territory- providing exceptional technical advice and support. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a business development plan. • Building and growing relationships with key contacts to include distributors and merchants. • Providing exceptional technical advice and solutions to customers, merchants and distributors. • Representing the business at industry events to include conferences. To be considered, you will need: • A strong practical background in the arable sector, including a working knowledge of fertiliser. • Ideally FACTS, although they would consider someone who is willing to work towards this. • Commercial acumen, the resilience to deal with the challenges of a role in sales. • Strong communication and relationship building skills. • A full UK driving license.
