We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Personal Assistant (PA) to join our clients team at one of the UK’s leading meat producers, based in Solihull on a Part Time Basis (25 hours per week) As a PA, you will play a key role in supporting senior staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within a fast-paced office environment. With a variety of tasks ranging from attending business meetings to liaising with teams across the UK, no two days will be the same. You will be working in a highly supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior manager, including diary management and arranging meetings. Liaise with teams across the UK to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations. Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action points as needed. Manage office correspondence, handle phone calls, emails, and prioritise daily tasks. Maintain an organised office environment to ensure efficiency. Assist with other administrative duties as required. Requirements: You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ideally, you will come from a similar administrative or PA role in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the agricultural industry would be beneficial, though not essential. You should be confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have strong IT skills. A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
