Jobflex is a trusted staffing provider within the Greater Manchester area. Offering temporary, permanent, and contract based recruitment, we provide staffing solutions into warehousing, manufacturing, production, event & hospitality environments fast.

We are looking for a relentless SDR / Business Development Representative to help drive new client acquisition. This is not a “comfortable” sales role. If you are afraid of rejection, this role is not for you. If you are competitive, resilient and motivated by money, progression & relationship building, you will do very well here. Daily duties include:

  • Cold calling Warehouse, Manufacturing and Industrial businesses
  • Prospecting and identifying decision makers
  • Booking meetings for BDMs to close
  • Following up leads relentlessly
  • Using AI sales tools and automation platforms
  • Managing outreach activity in CRM systems
  • Hitting daily and weekly activity KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven skills in sales and lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in sales and business development strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
