A&O IT Group is seeking a Retail IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth operation of all systems in central London retail stores with SME guidance when on site.

You will set up POS equipment, diagnose and resolve POS issues, apply updates, and provide staff support while maintaining spare parts stock.

Expect a fixed-term contract with on-site shifts, and occasional visits to other locations.

The role involves working 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, Mon-Fri, with one weekend in three, and a post-offer
