Marketing | Remote, with travel across the UK for shoots and meetings | Reports to: Senior Creative Lead

As part of Central Functions, you'll be joining the team that supports our network of over 2,500 practices across 20 countries.

How You'll Make a Difference

As our Graphic Designer, you will bring our brand to life across every digital and print touchpoint, from social content and web assets to brochures, posters and event materials. Working within a small, close team, you will take creative concepts from first idea through to finished artwork, supporting 360 marketing campaigns and practice level activity across the business.

  • Develop creative concepts and produce high quality visual assets across digital and print media
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations, social content, advertising and event collateral
  • Build digital assets such as email campaigns, web graphics, landing pages and online adverts
  • Work closely with marketing, communications and operational colleagues to create designs that support wider business goals
  • Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with external suppliers where needed
  • Manage several projects at once, balancing deadlines with a consistently high standard of work

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

  • More than five years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record in a busy creative team
  • A strong portfolio showing a genuine range of work across digital and print channels
  • Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
  • A confident grasp of typography, layout, colour theory and brand identity, along with strong attention to detail in both visual and written work
  • Experience designing and building email campaigns through email marketing platforms
  • Digital design skills covering webpages, landing pages and web assets, with a solid understanding of UX and UI principles
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, plus working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in a multi site, healthcare, veterinary or consumer facing business
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills, with After Effects being a genuine advantage (desirable)
