Our client is an award winning architectural practice with offices in Dublin, Cork, and Galway.
Technical Interiors delivery from MEP, DAC and Fire Safety Coordination
Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages.
Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
Attending meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists;
Coordinating the work of contractors.
Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines.
Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed time frame and according to specification.
Solving problems that might occur during building.
Carrying out defect inspections.
Dealing with Contractor Submittals and Site Inspections on large scale Commercial Projects.
Requirements
8+ years experience in Technical Interiors delivery from MEP, DAC and Fire Safety Coordination and dealing with Contractor Submittals and Site Inspections on large scale Commercial Projects.
Good understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projects
Sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD, Revit and preferrably BIM
Ability to work within financial budgets.
Ability to problem-solve, but also raise critical issues in a timely manner.
Package
Salary €45k – €65k negotiable for the right candidate
