Our client is an award-winning architectural practice with offices in Dublin, Cork, and Galway.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Interiors delivery from MEP, DAC and Fire Safety Coordination
- Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Coordinating the work of contractors
- Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines
- Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed time frame and according to specification
- Solving problems that might occur during building
- Carrying out defect inspections
- Dealing with Contractor Submittals and Site Inspections on large scale Commercial Projects
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Technical Interiors delivery from MEP, DAC and Fire Safety Coordination
- Good understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projects
- Sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and preferably BIM
- Ability to work within financial budgets
- Ability to problem-solve, but also raise critical issues in a timely manner
Package:
Salary €45k - €65k negotiable for the right candidate
