We are hiring an experienced Advanced Practitioner to work at our adult residential service - Copperclay Mews in Easingwold, on the outskirts of York.
This is a significant position within the service as the Advanced Practitioner will have responsibility to support and develop the operational team in their knowledge and understanding, ensuring that the people we support receive a high quality, outcome-focused and personalised service which meets their needs.
Working as part of the local senior management team, this role will involve developing and implementing bespoke plans to meet the individual needs of the people we support.
This will enable people we support to have the best possible quality of life and to grow in confidence, competence and personal effectiveness.
You will be expected to train, coach and support colleagues to implement strategies as well advising on best practice to ensure we meet the individual needs of the people living within the service.
